Who Are We?
Loud and Clear was founded by Aideen Lowe. Aideen spent 20 years working in Learning and Development organisations at Facebook, Twitter, and Stripe before starting her own leadership communications consultancy in 2021 to support high-performing teams. With extensive experience in designing and delivering learning programmes for teams and leaders, she specialises in communications training to help participants increase their confidence and enhance their performance.
We are now a small and dynamic team of training professionals with diverse backgrounds and a desire to bring simple but highly effective frameworks and skills to a wide-reaching audience. Our core focus areas are Presentation Skills Training, Manager Development Training and 1:1 Executive Coaching, however we also deliver programmes covering a range of communications topics including Executive Presence, Leadership Communications and Storytelling.

She has a wealth of experience designing and delivering learning programmes for teams and leaders of all levels and abilities.
Alison is a communication specialist with over 30 years of experience in education, coaching, and leadership development. Alison supports leaders in discovering and expressing their authentic voices with compassion, humour, and clarity.
Clare is a professional coach with a background in sales and leadership roles at leading technology companies including Stripe, Google, and PCH. She specialises in helping mid-career professionals and leaders gain clarity, build resilience, and take bold action to drive growth.
Sharon has been supporting coaches, consultants, and trainers since 2010, and brings a calm, organised presence to every client interaction. She helps our clients feel looked after – supporting our programmes behind the scenes, and keeping the moving parts of our events running smoothly.
