Aideen Lowe, Our Founder
Aideen spent 20 years working in Learning and Development organisations at Facebook, Twitter, and Stripe before starting her own leadership communications consultancy in 2021 to support high-performing teams. With extensive experience in designing and delivering learning programmes for teams and leaders, she specializes in communications training to help participants increase their confidence and enhance their performance. Her programmes cover a range of topics including Presentation Skills, Executive Presence and Storytelling. The creation of Loud and Clear stemmed from her desire to provide innovative communication and leadership training for busy, ambitious teams and organisations.

Our workshops are highly engaging and practical, and typically move at a faster pace. We don’t spend hours on theory but focus on practicing tools and skills that can immediately be applied to the real world.
We have a panel of highly experienced trainers that deliver our solutions. As part of our discussions with you, we can share more about who would be most suitable for your team(s).
We deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, depending on how your company is set up and where people are based.
Our first step is always to meet with you to understand more about what you are trying to achieve. We can then create a solution from our offerings that matches your needs.
For Executive Presence and Presentation Skills, we have a limit of 8 per class. This is to allow sufficient time for people to review video recordings. For our other communications classes, our numbers are more flexible and can be discussed.
